Giuseppe Giusti is an experienced corporate, investment funds and financial services lawyer based in London with over 20 years of experience.

His main areas of expertise include:

  1. Setting up private equity, venture capital and real estate investment funds
  2. Advising on venture capital, IPO and M&A transactions
  3. Advising on UK and EU financial services regulation, including the IFPR, MiFID and AIFMD.
  4. Assisting investment firms in obtaining authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.

Admitted to the bar in the UK, New York and Italy, he excels at providing a comprehensive understanding of complex regulatory landscapes and strategic financial transactions. He is the Managing Partner of FSREG based in London, UK.
